باختصار
يمكن استخدام «طرْقي» كضيف دون حساب؛ تبقى خريطتك وتسجيلاتك على جهازك. عند الدخول بواسطة Apple أو البريد نزامن بيانات رحلتك، ونفتح لك ميزات الأصدقاء والنشاط بحسب اختيارات الخصوصية.
البيانات التي نعالجها
عند ربط الحساب نعالج معرّف الحساب والبريد إن توفر والاسم الذي يرسله Apple في أول دخول. وإذا أنشأت ملفًا اجتماعيًا نعالج اسم المستخدم، الأصدقاء والطلبات، الأماكن المحفوظة، تسجيلات الوصول ودرجاتها، الملاحظات والصورة الاختيارية، والإعجابات والتعليقات والبلاغات. نستخدمها لتشغيل الحساب والمزامنة والنشاط والاعتدال والدعم.
الموقع الجغرافي
يمكنك اختيار «القريب مني» أو مساعدة الموقع أثناء تسجيل الوصول. نطلب موقع الجهاز عند ضغطك فقط، ونستخدمه لحظيًا للاقتراح أو التحقق. لا نحفظ مسارك أو موقعك الخام، ولا نتتبعك في الخلفية، ويمكنك دائمًا التسجيل يدويًا.
المحتوى والأصدقاء
الحساب خاص افتراضيًا، والصداقة متبادلة بالموافقة. تسجيل الوصول يظهر للأصدقاء ما لم تختَر «خاص». الحظر يخفي الطرفين ومحتواهما. الصور تمر بفحص آلي وقد تدخل مراجعة بشرية قبل ظهورها؛ ويمكن الإبلاغ عن المحتوى المخالف داخل التطبيق.
ما لا نفعله
لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع البيانات، ولا نرفع جهات اتصالك، ولا نوفر موقعًا حيًا للأصدقاء. قياسات المنتج لا تتضمن نصوص المستخدمين أو الصور أو البريد أو الإحداثيات الدقيقة.
مزود الخدمة
نستخدم Supabase لتسجيل الدخول وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين الخاص ووظائف الخادم، وApple لتسجيل الدخول والإشعارات عند اختيارها، وGoogle Cloud Vision لفحص سلامة الصور. لا نشارك إلا البيانات اللازمة لتقديم الوظيفة المعنية.
الاحتفاظ والأمان
تُحفظ بيانات الحساب ما دام قائمًا أو بالقدر اللازم للأمان وتسوية البلاغات. الاتصال مشفّر، وتطبق قاعدة البيانات سياسات وصول تفصل المالك والصديق والغريب والمحظور. قد يحتفظ الجهاز بنسخة محلية مشفرة بواسطة نظام iOS لتشغيل التطبيق دون اتصال.
الإشعارات
بعد موافقتك يمكن أن نرسل طلبات الصداقة وقبولها والإعجابات والتعليقات فقط. لا نرسل تنبيهات وصول أو أماكن قريبة. يمكنك تعطيلها من «الملف» أو إعدادات iPhone.
حذف بياناتك
يمكنك تصدير نسخة من بياناتك من «الملف ← الحساب والمزامنة». ومن الشاشة نفسها يمكنك حذف الحساب نهائيًا؛ فيُحذف الحساب والوسائط والبيانات الاجتماعية وبيانات الرحلة المرتبطة. في وضع الضيف يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذف البيانات المحلية.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير وظائف التطبيق أو متطلبات الخدمة. سننشر تاريخ التحديث بوضوح، ونطلب الموافقة داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير يتطلبها.

In brief
You can use TARQEE as a guest without an account; your map and check-ins remain on your device. When you sign in with Apple or email, we sync your journey data and enable friend and activity features according to your privacy choices.
Data we process
When you link an account, we process your account identifier, email if available, and the name Apple provides on first sign-in. If you create a social profile, we process your username, friends and requests, saved places, check-ins and levels, optional notes and photo, likes, comments, and reports. We use this data for accounts, sync, activity, moderation, and support.
Location
You can choose Nearby or request location help during a check-in. We request device location only after your action and use it momentarily for suggestions or verification. We do not store your route or raw location, do not track in the background, and manual check-in remains available.
Content and friends
Accounts are private by default and friendship requires mutual approval. A check-in is visible to friends unless you choose Private. Blocking hides both people and their content. Photos are automatically screened and may require human review before they appear; prohibited content can be reported in the app.
What we do not do
We do not show advertising, sell data, upload contacts, or provide live friend locations. Product measurements exclude user text, images, email addresses, and precise coordinates.
Service provider
We use Supabase for sign-in, database, private storage, and server functions; Apple for sign-in and optional notifications; and Google Cloud Vision for image-safety screening. We share only the data needed for the relevant function.
Retention and security
Account data is retained while the account remains active or as needed for safety and report resolution. Connections are encrypted, and database access policies distinguish owners, friends, strangers, and blocked users. iOS may retain a locally protected copy for offline use.
Notifications
With your permission, we send only friend requests and acceptances, likes, and comments. We do not send arrival or nearby-place alerts. Disable notifications in Profile or iPhone Settings.
Delete your data
You can export a copy of your data from Profile → Account & Sync. The same screen lets you permanently delete the account, media, social data, and journey data. In guest mode, deleting the app removes local data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app functionality or service requirements change. We will clearly publish the revision date and request in-app consent when a change requires it.
